Aspire Early Education Berwick Waters operates from Waterways Drive with 152 approved places, the largest of the three ranked centres by some margin. It has been approved since February 2019 and is one of 33 services run by Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten.
Its June 2024 assessment returned Exceeding overall, built on four quality areas rated above the standard: physical environment, staffing arrangements, relationships with children, and collaborative partnerships with families and communities. The remaining three — educational program and practice, children's health and safety, and governance and leadership — sit at Meeting.
That result was a step up rather than a defence of existing ground. At the previous assessment in January 2020 the service held Meeting, so the Exceeding rating represents movement in the right direction across a four-year gap.
The daily rate of $167.00 applies to every age band the service publishes, with eight inclusions attached to each: breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, other meals, nappies, education programs and excursions. Doors open at 6:30am and close at 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.
What parents say
“My son and daughter have been attending Aspire Berwick Waters for 10 months now, and we couldn't be happier with the care they receive. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed by the warm and friendly staff. The teachers are incredibly attentive and clearly passionate about what they do; their qualifications and extensive experience in early childhood education are evident in their engaging and nurturing approach. They engage the children in fun and educational activities, fostering a love of learning in a nurturing environment. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and stimulating. There's a wonderful outdoor play area, and the classrooms are bright and well-equipped. Communication with the staff is excellent; they are always available to answer questions and provide updates on the children's progress. We especially appreciate the daily reports and photos we receive, which give us peace of mind knowing our children are happy and well-cared for. Beyond the excellent care, Aspire Berwick waters has fostered a sense of community. We've met other wonderful families, and the staff go above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. We wholeheartedly recommend Aspire Berwick Waters to any parent seeking a high-quality, loving, and enriching childcare experience.”Hasini Lamahewa via Google
“We are incredibly grateful for the wonderful care our son, Eknoor, receives at Aspire Childcare Centre - Berwick Waters. Ms. Archana, room leader of Room 4 - Gurrborra, I appreciate the creative and educational activities you plan. They have significantly enriched my son's learning experience. Special thanks to Ms. Nazia, who is his absolute favorite. He always talks about how much he enjoys being in her class. Also, a big thank you to Ms. Eranthi—Eknoor loves that both their names start with the letter E, making him feel a special connection. Ms. Shabnam, your gentle and nurturing approach has made my son feel safe and valued in your care. We are so grateful for your kindness. The dedication and nurturing environment provided by all the educators have made a significant positive impact on Eknoor's development. We couldn't be happier with our experience. Best regards, Yadwinder (Mother of Eknoor Singh)”Yadwinder Kaur via Google
“My two boys are SO happy at Aspire! For the first time ever when I dropped in my youngest in today and there were no tears at all, he was SO happy when we picked him up too - tells us over and over he "play with Jenna" his lovely teacher! We love how well they know our kids and treat them as individuals, they have a great range of recycled toys made by the staff and do a ton of fun activities including music and sport programs. My older boy is in kinder 1 room and tells me all about his day, the friends he made, the food he ate (how the cook TJ came and spoke to them about it), the activities that the teachers have planned to align with their interests (thank you Neel!). He has never liked going to childcare but he loves his time there and the first words I hear when I pick him up is "I had a good day Mum" The whole place is just welcoming, happy, vibrant.”Narelle Atlas via Google
Our take
Aspire Early Education Berwick Waters takes first place on the clearest evidence on this page: it is the only ranked centre holding Exceeding, where both others hold Meeting. It holds that result in four quality areas — physical environment, staffing arrangements, relationships with children, and collaborative partnerships with families. Exceeding is the highest result achievable through standard assessment; the Excellent rating above it is awarded separately by ACECQA on application and held by fewer than 1% of services nationally. At $167.00 a day it is the dearest of the three, but the fee covers all meals, nappies, education programs and excursions, so the gap narrows considerably against centres charging less for less. The June 2024 assessment is the oldest of the three, which is the one reservation worth holding: an October 2025 regulatory visit found zero conditions and zero enforcement actions, but the rating itself dates from June 2024.
Best for: Families who want the strongest verified quality result in the suburb and a daily rate that already covers meals, nappies and excursions, and who can absorb the highest headline fee of the three.
