This is the smallest service ranked here, approved for 48 children on Misten Avenue, and it is part of a national group running more than seventy campuses. The size is the point rather than a limitation: three rooms, a nursery from six weeks to two years, a toddler room from two to three, and a kindergarten room from three to five, which means fewer children in each group than anywhere else on this page. The operator also offers an occasional care option alongside the usual weekly bookings.

Its August 2023 assessment returned Exceeding in all seven quality areas, the only above-standard result in Altona North and the strongest in this corner of Hobsons Bay. The previous assessment, in December 2018, returned Meeting, so the rating represents a genuine climb rather than a long-held position, and the same operator has held the approval since August 2018, which means the improvement belongs to the team in place. The regulator visited again in April 2026 without changing the result.

It ranks third because the one factor that would lift it cannot be used. Its Google listing sits at a different street number from the register and carries reviews older than the service itself, so under our own rule none of it counts, and without that evidence One Tree is cheaper for an infant with a longer inclusion list.
