The building carried a different brand until a few years ago; the approval, the address and the rating history all belong to the same service.

Its September 2023 assessment returned Exceeding overall, with children's health and safety, staffing arrangements, collaborative partnerships and governance and leadership all placed above the standard, and the remaining three areas at Meeting. The detail that matters most here is the timing. The current approval holder took the service over in September 2021, two years before that assessment, so the result describes the operation a family would be enrolling into today. Before that the service held Meeting, from December 2018, under a different provider and a different trading name.

Transport is unusual on these register lists and is the one thing this fee covers that neither other ranked centre includes, though it is only worth counting if your family would use it. The educational program and excursions are not itemised, which is the reverse of the pattern at Twinklekids, so the two lists are close to a straight swap rather than one being fuller.

Hours are 6:30am to 6:30pm on weekdays, matching the centre ranked second and beating the third by nothing at all, since all three keep the same twelve-hour day. The centre traded under a different name for years under this same approval, which is why some older directory entries and review pages still carry the previous branding.

That is the strongest quality-area result of any centre on this page, and on paper it outranks the service listed first. It comes with a qualification that has to be read alongside it. The service approval transferred to its current operator on 4 May 2026, so no assessment has yet looked at the team now in place. The regulator visited in August 2026 without issuing a new rating.

It holds the strongest review record in the suburb, 5.0 across 59 Google reviews, and the register showed casual and permanent places available Monday to Friday in every age band during the week we read it. The centre describes a government-approved kindergarten program delivered by a qualified teacher, but it does not use the words Free Kinder anywhere we could find, so we have not recorded funded hours on its behalf. Confirm those directly, particularly if your child turns four before the next intake.

Look here first if you distrust a rating that is two or three years old, or if review volume is how you judge a place. Fifty-nine reviews at a straight 5.0 is the deepest local record by a wide margin, the assessment behind it is a year old rather than three, and places were open across every room. It ranks third because the two centres above it are rated a full level higher, not because anything about it reads as weak. The honest counterpoint is that it charges $13.20 a day more than Twinklekids for an identical list of inclusions.
