Select a suburb to see its top-ranked childcare centres. Suburbs marked with Full guide have verified fees, NQS ratings and parent quotes.
top3elc.com.au is a guide to childcare centres in the Victorian suburbs we cover, with no paid placements: we do not accept payment or sponsorship from any centre to appear in our rankings. It is operated by the team behind Birches Early Learning, disclosed on every suburb page with a Birches centre. All NQS ratings are sourced from ACECQA via the Starting Blocks government database. We are progressively verifying and publishing rankings for every suburb. Check back regularly for updates. Last updated: August 2026.
