This is the biggest service in the suburb by a wide margin, approved for 149 children on Belgrave-Hallam Road, and it is independently owned rather than part of a national chain. Four rooms cover the full age range: a nursery from six weeks to two years, a toddler room from two to three, then separate three-year-old and four-year-old kindergarten rooms. Keeping the two kinder years apart is unusual at this size, and for many local families it is the practical reason to choose it.

Because it is a first rating there is no earlier result to compare it against, so nothing can be said about its direction of travel, only about where it sits today. Against it: a first rating with no quality area above the standard, and a fee that leaves nappies out.

Set in a court off Belgrave-Hallam Road, this 83-place service opened under an approval granted in July 2022 and was assessed for the first time in October 2024. It was rated Meeting overall with collaborative partnerships with families and communities placed above the standard. Rooms run as nursery, toddler and kindergarten, and the centre says its menu is cooked on site each day.
